I must be getting fitter because I only hurt for one day after our training session this week instead of my usual three. That's a pretty big achievement, right?

My other big achievement for the week was fitting into a sparkletacular little sequin dress that I have always liked but never thought would look good on me. I'm not quite there yet, but I fit into it which is a good start!

I can't believe I have managed to go for three weeks already without bread, pasta or rice, when these three things are usually the foundation of my daily diet. I have been considering life post-30 Days and what my diet will be like once the challenge is all over.

Will I keep drinking the smoothies? Will I start eating bread again? Then of course, how much will I keep exercising? I'm looking forward to eating cooked food again (I have a three-day hiatus in the Hunter Valley booked already) but I'm pretty confident I won't fall back into my bad habits. That's a good feeling!
