The last training session has been completed, the diet is wrapping up and my 30 Days of Health & Wellbeing challenge is just about finished.

To be honest, I think I'm going to miss it. I really enjoyed training with Amy — she was firm but fun and very encouraging.

I responded well to Amy's methods and my fiancé is already talking about both of us doing a boot camp with her to keep the momentum up. Looks like my positive changes influenced him too!

I am definitely looking forward to expanding my food horizons beyond soup and salad, but there are a few old habits I won't be falling back in to. I will stay off dairy and won't go back to eating the amount of bread I used to. Same goes for pasta and rice — small portions only, not great whopping bowls.

Honestly, I can't believe I'm saying this because I considered myself a carb addict 30 days ago, but I feel so much better for it. It isn't as hard to get out of bed in the morning, my digestion is better, I'm not bloated and my skin looks great. Plus, I will continue drinking my morning green smoothie — thanks for that one, Susan.

It's not quite over yet because we still have our reveal photo shoot to go, but it has been fun. Thanks for having me for the past 30 days!
