That's it! Training's over! Tomorrow is the last day of June and our 30 Days of Health & Wellbeing will be behind us. Time has flown and I am glad I've signed up for it in the end.

The training sessions were really hard but they taught me that weather is by no means an issue when it comes to having a good work-out. I also learnt that I could do a gazillion sit-ups, push-ups, etc, but the diet would still account for 70 percent of the results. If I'd run for an hour a day and have chips every day, I definitely wouldn't lose weight.

It took a bit of time to adjust to my new diet but I now cannot think about going back to how I used to eat. It is amazing to realise how many "extras" I used to have on the side of healthy meals and how it had affected my body. I feel so much better without them! I cannot believe I used to think my eating habits were "not that bad"!

Going forward, I'll keep my diet (with a meal a week when I will allow myself to be a bit naughty) and try to find training that is more enjoyable, but still will give me a good work-out like swimming or tennis. It is so nice to feel the body toning and working out. I'm just not sure running up and down a hill is something I could ever enjoy doing.

I will also try to stay in touch with Elise and Jordanna. They're great people and I am glad we went through this experience together.
