Yesterday, all day I was hoping the rain would stop and the Domain would have time to dry up, but it only stopped late afternoon. So for our third training session, we had to deal with the dreaded mud again!

That session was all about interval training, and it was really intense. I really felt like we had a good work-out. I have also started to notice some progress in my fitness level.
On the diet front, I am becoming less and less tempted by the junk food I used to be incapable of saying no to. I am more confident every day that the changes I am implementing are long-term and I don't really want to modify my diet at the end of the 30 days.
The positive thing this week is that people start to ask me if I have lost weight. Obviously, I love it and I hope it is because my efforts are starting to pay off! The results may not be spectacular, but I can feel a change in my posture, in how I carry myself. Even if I haven't lost weight at the end of the 30 days, isn't the illusion of weight loss enough anyway?
