I am positive I am a jinx. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to Jordanna and Anne because the two training sessions I have been to have both been muddy, while the one I missed was warm and dry.

Six days into the 30 Days of Health &and Wellbeing I started dating this guy. Now dating is tricky at the best of times but take alcohol, coffee and any sort of pleasurable dining out of the equation and you have yourself a pretty interesting start to any relationship.

Yesterday's session was hard but really good. Amy made us do a lot of boxing and running up and down a hill (a mighty hill to be precise) and I really felt good afterwards. I was so energised! I couldn't get to sleep.

Have you ever run up a hill backwards before? I am not talking about a slight incline, I'm talking a steep grassy hill! Backwards! Ouch!
